Met Sarah as a totally random realtor via Zillow. Had no prior experience with her. Didn't buy the Zillow property but did retain her for future showings for the following reasons:
She is extremely detail oriented. Repeat, EXTREMELY! Nothing is going to get past her. She is genuinely looking out for your interests. She has been at this a while and with that comes priceless experience and knowledge. Ended up buying a condo seamlessly with her guidance. I would highly recommend her if one is looking to buy or sell!
