I have spent most of my life in East Tn and probably have a personal story for almost every corner of this town! Upon graduating from UTK w/ an Advertising and Business degree, I started a career in TV and Online advertising sales. I was able to help many local business owners market their dreams into successful and profitable careers.

After many years in some form of a business-to-business sales career, I took a leap to work towards my own passions involving real estate and property. I wanted to work for myself in a field I enjoyed, and  focus on the important part of every "sale"… the people involved. I became a Realtor first and later a Residential Property Appraiser b/c I thoroughly enjoy all things real estate! I work with property buyers and sellers to help them navigate the complex nature of the real estate world and ultimately achieve whatever goals they have set in their path. I prefer to get to know my clients personally so I can better understand what kind of property will fit their needs and goals. My marketing knowledge, selling experience, and interpersonal skills are invaluable as we complete one of the most important transactions of a lifetime.

I have a love for older homes as well as general property design so In my free time I like to start (and sometimes finish) DIY projects around my own properties. I garden on a very novice level and periodically hike the mountains in search of waterfalls and wildflowers. I am a self-proclaimed "dog spoiler", so a lot of free time is also spent making sure all puppers that live with me or cross my path are given all the attention they deserve
